22/8/05Wanted to blog yesterday.but as usual,the internet screwed up.nothing new to my life.always screwing something up.that's just my life.its NORMAL.well.what the heck.there's not a single day where i can actually proclaim,"Hey,today went really well.!".lol.oh well.that's Samuel Tay's life for you.
Anyway,the weekends passed rather quickly for me.too quick,in fact.wished that it could drag on just a little bit more.but again,today's yet another start of the school week.right from the beginning of school,was told about the new Chinese Banding Scheme,whereby students retaking the Chinese 'O's was grouped into classes according to their grades.unfortunately.i was the ONLY GUY.from my class.what a way to begin my day.so despite the bewilderment in me,forced myself to attend the lesson,which,obviously,was an absolute bore.just cant wait to get it over and done with.the day went on pretty fine.Eng was interesting and also "enriching" as we read our classmates' essays.some were really good ones and some were,well,leaving me and my friends pretty speechless.lol.had a good laugh at some of the essays,which was really phrased in a amusing way.such as this example,"As i took a seat in the plane next to the window,i PEEKED OUT OF THE WINDOW TO VIEW THE SCENERY."Obviously,this person has either never taken a plane trip before or this person doesnt even know what the hell the sentence means.now thats a really good one there.hah.History passed by rather quickly.and so was Maths remedial.
Then,over at TP where we(yours truly,Eoin,Ken,Sathesh)had our lunch at KFC,we were pretty disturbed over one particular incident.this happened when we were about 30mins into our lunch,when out of nowhere,this rather elderly man came over to us and tapped on my shoulder.of course we were pretty nervous,thinking what warranted this man to just talk to us suddenly.then he started criticising about students from another school.claiming that they bullied him.hearing this,we were pretty puzzled and at the same time,feeling a lot more at ease as this had nothing to do with us.he left after 5mins of continuous criticism.we were relieved that he left,and proceeded to have our lunch.however,around another 45mins later,the same man returned.and this time,he began to talk about yesterday's National Rally.which is,rather weird,because we dont know this man,and he just talks to us about anything.when he left,we were all harbouring thoughts of leaving immediately,in case we got "third time lucky".so after about 15mins of usual banter,we left and proceeded home.
There seems to be an invisible wall between us suddenly.
Even if i try to drive a tank through it,it wouldnt break.
Trying desperately to think what has gone wrong.
Or is this an indication of things gone very wrong?
Got a POA test tomorrow,two chapters.hah.well.gotta go mug now.tc.and one last thing.dunno what's wrong with my tagboard recently,couldnt seem to tag on it.so i guess i'll have to reply to the msgs here.
